The Brutal Process
The process behind these panels is a chaotic science. First, we source thrifted denim, tearing down the original lines to manually insert and stitch the custom contrast panels. From there, it gets visceral. Briar hand-paints each individual skull directly onto the fabric using custom bleach formulas. There are no copy-paste methods, and absolutely no shortcuts. The bleach eats into the fibers differently every single time, meaning the shades of bone, ash, and grit are entirely unpredictable.
